Picture this… planning your 40th birthday with 5 couples that are your best friends in the whole world to help you celebrate your big milestone. You need something unique, relaxing, yet active, and something to keep all the men and the women enjoying themselves while recharging away from the real life.
You all take an early flight and meet up in Antigua where you are greeted by your VIP expedited service to quickly whisk your group through customs and immigration and straight to your driver that is waiting for you. You travel a short 15 minutes through the beautiful streets of Antigua taking in the buildings, homes and resorts that await their visitors.
When you arrive at Blue Water Resort you are met with a cold towel and glass of champagne, all of your luggage is tagged and taken away. You are welcomed by Gary, the resort’s 2nd generation owner (and savvy Englishman). He asks if you are ready for an incredible stay and ready to see your accommodations. You are then led through the open – air lobby and bar that looks straight out into the Caribbean Sea, and down an ocean side path away from the resort … to your personal villa, the incredible Rock Cottage.
Gary has arranged for you to be greeted with your very own staff that will assist you in your stay. He let you know the kitchen and bar are stocked and each couple is given a key to their room where your luggage already waits. When the gates of Rock Cottage are opened you literally gasp as you try to take in the beauty before you. One villa, communal living areas, decks and lounges as well as balconies to each of the 5 suites, 2 infinity pools over- looking your private dock and your very own beach – completely secluded. The steel drums play, the bartender makes you a specialized rum cocktail while you settle in for your time in Paradise.
Your weekend will consist of private dinner for your group prepared at Rock Cottage, Live entertainment in your villa, beautiful Caribbean BBQ lunch grilled right at the Rock Cottage and an itinerary befitting royalty. For the ladies a spa day, for the men a golf outing. A private yachting experience around the island and to lunch at one of the most amazing meals we have ever had at Sheer Rocks. Private label rum tasting, private dinners on resort property and all the amenities of the resort are available to you as well – although you won’t ever want to leave Rock Cottage.
